We use specialized ProCell serums containing peptides, growth factors, and stem cytokines to support your skin’s natural repair process and enhance visible rejuvenation.

Treatments begin with a 0.25mm microchannel depth and may gradually increase up to 1.0mm, depending on your skin’s needs and tolerance. This controlled approach helps stimulate collagen production and skin renewal while maintaining the integrity of your skin.

We love to support our clients in finding the best treatment for their skin, long before you step into the treatment room. Here are answers to some of the most common questions about microchanneling.

Yes, microchanneling can be a great treatment option for acne-prone skin. However, we always want to make sure your skin is in a healthy place before beginning treatments. If you’re currently experiencing active breakouts or inflammation, our focus will first be on calming the skin, reducing acne activity, and strengthening the skin barrier. Once your skin is more balanced, hydrated, and less inflamed, microchanneling can be introduced to help improve overall skin health and support the healing of acne-related concerns like scarring and texture.

At this time, we do not perform microchanneling treatments on clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. While the treatment itself is minimally invasive, the growth factor serums and active ingredients used during the procedure have not been sufficiently studied for safety during pregnancy or nursing. Because of this, we take a precautionary approach and recommend waiting until after pregnancy and breastfeeding are complete before starting microchanneling treatments. In the meantime, we’re happy to recommend safe, supportive facial treatments to help keep your skin healthy and glowing during this stage.

Microchanneling is ideal for those looking to improve concerns such as fine lines, acne scarring, uneven texture, enlarged pores, and overall skin tone. One of the most important factors before starting treatment is having a healthy skin barrier. Your skin should be well-hydrated, balanced, and not experiencing active irritation or inflammation. If the barrier is compromised, we focus on repairing and strengthening the skin first to ensure the safest treatment and best results.

Procell's Microchannel Delivery Serum contains growth factors, cytokines, and DNA Repair Enzymes in a hyaluronic acid suspension. Growth factors and cytokines are naturally-occurring in the human body, although Procell's serum creates these proteins from bio-engineered sources. There are no human, animal, or plant cells, DNA, blood, or any other foreign substances. The product has been used safely and effectively for over a decade.

• Avoid retinol, exfoliating acids, and active skincare for 3–5 days before your treatment. • Stay well hydrated and focus on gentle, barrier-supportive skincare. • Avoid sun exposure and tanning leading up to your appointment. • Do not receive treatment if you have active cold sores, infections, or highly inflamed skin. • Please arrive with no makeup on your face. • Stop use of any retinol products prescribed by your doctor 2 weeks prior.

• Keep your skincare very gentle for the first few days. Avoid exfoliants, retinol, and active ingredients for about 5–7 days. • Use your post-care serums starting on the second night after your appointment. • Stay hydrated and focus on soothing, barrier-repairing products. • Avoid sweating, hot tubs, saunas, and intense workouts for 24–48 hours. • Wear SPF daily and protect your skin from sun exposure while it heals.
