If you have been shaving, let the hair grow for 2 weeks (1/4 of an inch). It's better for the hair to be too long than too short, since we can always trim prior to sugaring you.

Do not exfoliate the day before, the day of, or the day after your appointment.

Avoid applying creams or lotions on the day of your appointment.

You can still get sugared while on your period, but you may be more sensitive. We recommend taking an Advil 30 min before treatment.

We do not sugar anyone who is currently on Accutane. You must be off this medication for 6 months prior to getting sugared. Please do not use any retinol products 7-10 days before face sugaring/waxing.
